Our Vision

We will have a peaceful, productive and orderly learning environment that meets the academic, social and developmental needs of all of our students. Our goal is to prepare students for a successful high school experience.

Our Mission

We assure well- rounded learning experiences, which prepare our students for success in high classes and college. We engage, inspire and challenge all of our students to become productive citizens, ethical leaders, and positive contributors to our community, country and a global society.

Our Ethos

The ethos of HWS refer to the guiding beliefs and values that shape its culture and behavior. This includes our commitment to academic excellence, students well-being and fostering a sense of community. We believe in strong ethos creating a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel safe, supported, and motivated to succeed. We establish a clear sense of purpose and identity, which is a valuable asset in attracting and retaining students, teachers, and staff. Developing and maintaining positive ethos is an ongoing process of HWS that requires active participation of the entire school community, from leadership and administration to teachers, students and parents.
